What do I show at the entrance?
Please have your Shopify order confirmation available on your phone or printed when you arrive.
Do under-4s need a ticket?
Yes. Their ticket is free, but adding one for each child helps us record attendance. Under-4s must be accompanied by an adult.
When do food pre-orders close?
Food pre-orders close at 8:00pm on Thursday 5 November 2026. Food will still be available to buy on the night.
Can I bring sparklers?
No. Sparklers are not permitted anywhere on the event site.
Where can I park?
Limited parking is available at Plymtree Village Hall, with disabled parking available at the Recreation Ground. Where possible, please park responsibly in the village and take the short walk to the event. Street lighting near the site is limited, so bringing a torch is advisable.
